  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 c. peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 c. chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour into the prepared bundt pan.
  3. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Allow the cake to cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
  5. Prepare the filling by mixing softened butter and peanut butter until well combined; gradually add powdered sugar and heavy cream.
