Ingredients
- 2 lb thinly sliced sirloin steak or boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/2 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen broccoli florets
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp water
Instructions
- Slice beef into thin strips if not pre-sliced and mince garlic.
- In a mixing bowl, combine beef stock, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic; stir well.
- Place sliced beef in the slow cooker and pour sauce mixture over it.
