 - 2 ounces hot espresso
 - 1 ounce cinnamon dolce syrup (from above)
 - 1 cup whole milk (frothed)
 - 2 tablespoons whipped cream (optional)
 - 1 pinch ground cinnamon (for garnish)
 - 1 cinnamon stick (for garnish)
 
Instructions
- Prepare the syrup: In a small saucepan, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, salt, vanilla extract, and water. Heat until boiling while stirring continuously until dissolved.
 - Brew espresso: While the syrup cools, brew 2 ounces of espresso using an espresso machine or coffee maker.
 - Froth milk: Heat the whole milk in a separate saucepan until steaming (do not boil), then froth using a whisk or milk frother.
