  • 3 Tbsp powdered sugar (for syrup)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted (for icing)
  • 1 ½ Tbsp lemon juice (for icing)
  • 1 Tbsp milk (for icing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, lemon zest, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract and lemon juice.
