  • 1/2 pound Top Sirloin Steak (cubed)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 leaves bay
  • 8 whole peppercorns
  • 1 orange bell pepper (cubed)
  • 6 green onions (cut)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, beef broth, lemon juice, minced garlic, curry powder, salt, bay leaves, and peppercorns in a plastic ziplock bag.
  2. Add cubed steak to the marinade, seal the bag, and shake well. Refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.
  4. Cut the bell pepper and green onions into appropriate sizes.
  5. Assemble kabobs by alternating beef and vegetables on skewers.
