Instructions
- Prepare the zucchini noodles by placing them on paper towels, sprinkling with salt, and allowing them to sweat for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the zucchini noodles for 3-4 minutes until tender.
